I have been working at Foxconn Technology full-time (More than a year)
Get to meet many great people in the tech industry and approaching from a manufacturing supplier perspective. Get to understand so many facets of the engineering development process.
Long hours between client meetings and information relay to coworkers in factory. Pay is low for similarly educated individuals elsewhere in the tech industry..
Advice to Management
Listen more to employee feedback regarding business advice or HR-related issues, and offer more competitive salary. Pay attention to hours spent by employees to do the work set out for them.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Foxconn Technology (San Jose, CA) in July 2016.
The entire interview took 1 hour. The process is pretty straight and pleasant. The office is quite big and bright full of people working there. Btw, Free coffee and beverage. First, talk about yourself first and then they will go through you resume line by line. The interview is not pretty hard for me to get the offer. Anyway, I pretty enjoy the whole duration
