    Good pay and benefits.

Salary employee and you work a ton of hours, many unnecessary. Communication isn't that great between sales and everyone else. Certainly needs some leadership training. Language in the office is often vulgar and extremely offensive. If something is said by anyone new the people that have been here a while ignore them until they can get them fired. NOT HEALTHY!

    Advice to Management

Everyone has an opinion and you have some very smart people that work for you. You should trust them more instead of just telling people what tondo. Leaders lead. Managers manage. Our leads and etc aren't doing either. Tons of layoffs also have everyone walking on eggshells.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Frac Tech Services in September 2014.

Short and sweet. Interviewed aNd offered the job on the spot. Interviewed with 2 guys I knew I had better people skills than and the more Ive gotten to know them the more i realized I was right. Overall just a slow process until I got an interview. This is definitely a Who you know is more important than What you know.
