    Data Entry Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Farmington, ME

    Negative Experience
    Difficult Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Franklin Community Health Network (Farmington, ME)

The initial phone call went great, until the person on the phone said that they have a high turnover rate for that position and one other that she thought they might offer. I was told that she would try to get the supervisor for the other position into the interview. I arrived at the place 15 minutes early only to be called into a room with 5-6 people there to interview. I was close to walking out at this point but stayed for the interview. They went around the table and introduced themselves. Then took turns throwing questions at me. Most of the questions were either just plain rude or irrelevant. Also it was very clear that none of them bothered to take the time to read my resume. I found the interview intimidating at best and insulting at worst. At the end of the interview, she says I'm going to test you and flops a 100 year old calculating machine on the desk and hands me a piece of paper with numbers on it. I will never apply at this company again. I feel like sending them a bill for traveling expenses. Waste of time.

What would my last supervisor say I needed to improve?
