    Pros

Get to work with motivated, positive people that are really trying to do the right thing for their clients.

    Cons

Systems and processes can be awkward. Home office doesn't allow for great collaboration.

    Advice to Management

Rethink home offices. There is synergy on a sales team that works together every day.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Franklin Covey in September 2017.

    Interview

Was referred to the position by an in-house recruiter after interviewing for a different position I was overqualified for. I interviewed with a team manager for 1.25 hours, and basic interview questions were asked. The interview went well, and I was told I was a great candidate for the position. It’s been over a month since the interview and I still haven’t heard from the company. It’s unfortunate FranklinCovey (or perhaps it’s specific to the department?) did not put following up with a prospective candidate a priority, especially when I took the time to prepare and come in for an interview. It truly was a disappointment and I would hope that such treatment is not an active administrative practice, but simply an oversight in my case.
