    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Franklin Covey (Salt Lake City, UT).

    Interview

Very long & first started with a digital video interview that you had to record and submit. Then I had 6 lengthy interviews including 2 Directors & 2 Client Partners. At the end of the process, I received a form email saying they had selected other candidates to move forward. Every interview I had, the interviewer said I was a great fit and that they didn't see any reason I would not be selected. What I don't understand is why they sent me through all these unnecessary interviews with Client Partners if the Directors had no intention of moving me forward. It was at least 7 hours of just actual interviewing time and hours and hours of preparation. I feel I was far enough along in the interviewing process that it warranted more than just a form rejection email that came the same day as my last interview in the morning.
