I worked at Franklin Precision Industry full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, good salary, mostly wonderful people to work with, and the company had a deep sense of community.

    Cons

Doing things the same way doesn't make it a good thing. The company was set in its old ways.

    Advice to Management

Accept and consider real changes that can be made to better the company. Understand consequences for every action.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Franklin Precision Industry.

    Interview

Very relaxed setting. Group interview (two interviewers.) Conversational with good give and take - Interviewee gained as much knowledge about the position and company as the interviewer gained about the candidate. Topics seemed to flow easily, but the group seemed to have a list of qualities / target points they were looking for.
