I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Free2Move (Berlin (Germany)) in November 2017.
Interview
Both phone interview and personal interviews were very pleasant and efficient. Feedback regarding the next steps was always very quick, one time even much earlier then the discussed "deadline".
My questions were always answered in a timely and very friendly matter.
