    I have been working at Freed Maxick full-time (More than 3 years)


    We have the EARN Program and they sponsor a lot of technical and soft skill training for everyone. We get speakers in and have panel discussions and those are really helpful.


    Just wish I could go to all the training that is offered!

    Advice to Management

    Management takes the time to listen to me. I have a Performance Advisor who meets regularly with me and helps answer any of my questions. I feel like I can really be honest with her and she will give me honest answers.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Freed Maxick.


    The process was strange. I met with 2 people in the marketing department and then one of the accounting partners. After this I was sent the PI test and because it did not match up to what the accounting partner believed matched my personality in the interview, I was asked to come back in for another round of interviews. I re-interviewed with the same people and then another accounting partner.
