I worked at Freefly Systems as an intern (Less than a year)
They build their engineering knowledge from ground to sky high. You can literally talk to the dude who designed the motors and the drivers at one second and talk to the marketing guy who is responsible for making all the cool videos.
In a world in which we don't see many profitable robotic companies, Freefly becomes a pillar for for engineers wanting to build cutting edge robotic products aimed at consumer/enterprise market.
It is a small company operating inside a very competitive market (drones). That might look and feel scary at some points. I guess it's what it is. It's not for everyone.
Only reason for 3 stars at senior management is, they are not senior at all. Young and bright people, not senior at all.
Advice to Management
Make sure you don't lose! LOL.
