I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Freeport Press (Freeport, OH) in September 2009.
they just asked me questions and showed me around. They were real motivating making me feel like i was going to do something good and could move up but that everyone has to start somewhere. They did a drug test and background check and introduced me to a few people.
