An semi-formal phone call with an HR Representative that began with introductions and a description of the company history, corporate culture, and the responsibilities of the position.
There were general screening questions regarding work history, experience, and lots of open room for informal conversations about personal traits and a good chance to express soft skills and temperament.
Technical requirements were low with questions staying toward higher level concepts.
In the end I was not moved further in the process as I am not currently able to relocate.InterviewWhat are your career goals and how do we fit in?
