They will hire anyone, and they will train you. Occasionally, they have parties, employees events, and incentives/spiffs.
Expected to make 100 calls per day, with 4 hours of talk time. Incoming leads are given to top agents. Rebills from the trucking companies after the sale kill future business.
Advice to Management
Favoritism and Nepotism - not a way to do serve your employees.

Responded to Craigslist listing with email and resume. Callback the next day and an interview within the same week. Met manager and had a quick tour of their sales floor. Interview wasn't really an interview - he basically told me the entire deal, expectations, pay, etc. Made me take a short IQ test on a computer - took maybe 10 minutes to complete, with them rushing me to finish it, saying it really didn't matter how I answered...
Non-negotiable. Hourly pay for first several weeks, then expected to meet monthly sales goals. Make sure you know the meaning of "draw against commission" - one pay day, you will be very unhappy with your check...
