    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FreightPros (Austin, TX) in September 2016.


    I applied online and in a few days the recruiter contacted me and we found a time to speak on the phone. She asked me questions like, "How does your experience relate to this job?" and "When was a time you dealt with a difficult customer?" She said she was going to send me an assessment that consisted of math and short answer questions. I completed that in a day or two then e-mailed to tell her I was finished and thanked her for all of her help during the process. A week later I called her twice to see if there were any updates and she never answered. I also e-mailed her and I never got a reply. Obviously I didn't get the job but for her to not even answer my calls or e-mails is very unprofessional and downright rude.
