I worked at Fresnillo as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

You Can learn a lot about Mineral process and they always are willing to teach you. Also is a eco friendly company, they have such a huge park where they reforested

    Cons

Improve the process and the quality. Well, their work team is trained but one thing is there are some accidents that could be decreased by teaching better their people
