Recognise efforts of everyone, not just the favourites
I interviewed at Freud Communications (London, England (UK)) in March 2018.
Discourteous, dismissive recruitment process. On following up after a phone interview I got the standard line 'we don't have capacity to provide individual feedback due to the number of applications received' even after I had given up 30-40 minutes of my time to take the call.
In the time it took to type their standard line, they could have just said 'sorry, you weren't successful'. How hard is that?
I'm assuming I wasn't selected to move forward in the process, as they never bothered to get back to me.
