Pros

Very teacher supportive. Admin understands the importance of teachers feeling appreciated. Pays well.

Cons

I’ve only worked there for 1/2 year. They took over the school where I had been working. Haven’t seen any cons yet. Will know more next year.

    Interview

Quick turnaround time from application to invite for interview.. Met with a few groups including principals during two interviews all great people with thoughtful questions. Definitely needed to be clear on why I was interested in joining the organization and what I enjoy about teaching.
