Mission: Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin advance the health of the communities we serve through exceptional care enhanced by innovation and discovery
I have been working at Froedtert Health full-time (More than 5 years)
Patient advocates, friendly co workers, meaningful work, learning environment and opportunities for advancement. Help pay for schooling. Median pay. Health, dental, vision, PTO
Over years reduced benefits, still good but times have changed. The "extras" that made Froedtert feel like a family have mostly disappeared and while focus is still on patients, it feels more factory than family.
Advice to Management
How you treat employees to keep them loyal and employed at a site for 20+ years serving lifelong community patients/customers makes a large impact
I applied online. I interviewed at Froedtert Health.
It was pretty relaxing. None of the questions were that stressful. The interviewers were very pleasant and seemed very passionate about their jobs. The position, however, didn't really fit what I was looking for.
