I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Frontdesk (Phoenix, AZ) in Jun 2021

I received a phone call from one of their managers in the afternoon- nice guy. There was no small talk just dove right into the interview, which was great- he asked nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, I believed the interview went well up until the end and I asked for a higher pay, based off of my skills and experience I thought it should have been appropriate-unfortunately I heard the manager scoff/chuckle a bit. Previous to me asking that I had asked what the following steps were and he had said he was going to send me via email some paperwork for a background check and then there as to a be a another interview which he said would just be a formality. Basically offering me the position. I didn't receive that paperwork later that day or the following days, even after following up with them-no response. I found this to be unprofessional. Its been 5 days since then. I declined another job the next day of the interview, that was my mistake. I hope others have a better experience because they really did sound like a great company. Overall the process of the interview was well conducted, but followup has taken too long.

-Some of the questions were about my transportation, if it was reliable. -Asked me about prior and relevant job experiences. -If I had any negative to say about prior employer
