Pros
Working remotely 100%, ability to speak to leadership at all levels with no restricted access, truly feeling like your ideas and thoughts are heard, flexible PTO policy, amazing and supportive workCons
Working remotely with teams spread across different time zones can make for longer days on large projects or tasks with a high priority, communication with coworkers can be difficult at times due toI applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Frontdesk (Phoenix, AZ) in Jun 2021
Interview
I received a phone call from one of their managers in the afternoon- nice guy. There was no small talk just dove right into the interview, which was great- he asked nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, I believed the interview went well up until the end and I asked for a higher pay, based off of my skills and experience I thought it should have been appropriate-unfortunately I heard the manager scoff/chuckle a bit. Previous to me asking that I had asked what the following steps were and he had said he was going to send me via email some paperwork for a background check and then there as to a be a another interview which he said would just be a formality. Basically offering me the position. I didn't receive that paperwork later that day or the following days, even after following up with them-no response. I found this to be unprofessional. Its been 5 days since then. I declined another job the next day of the interview, that was my mistake. I hope others have a better experience because they really did sound like a great company. Overall the process of the interview was well conducted, but followup has taken too long.-Some of the questions were about my transportation, if it was reliable. -Asked me about prior and relevant job experiences. -If I had any negative to say about prior employer
