More than 40 FTI team members based in the Colorado Springs and Front Range area gathered for a tour of our newest FTI office in Colorado Springs. In conjunction with the tour, Luke T. provided technology training. Additionally, in support of our 4Cs, the team members put their arts and crafts skills to the test by wrapping gifts for two deserving families from a local elementary school through Pikes Peak United Way. Kristin Goodwin, Brig Gen (ret), who recently joined FTI, also addressed the team. Kristin is part of the leadership team behind our Space Force operations group, where she’s focused on helping new and future customers stay ahead of the rapidly changing environment of space warfare. Across her three-decade Air Force career, Kristin led policy development, training, and programming for 38,000 space and cyberspace professionals worldwide. Her commands included the B-2 operations support squadron, 2nd Bomber Wing, and 509th Operations Group. She also helped stand up the 11th Combatant Command, USSPACECOM as Chief of Staff and led the organizational structure design for Space Operations Command. Kristin brings her experience and insights to FTI at the perfect time, as we continue to accelerate our growth in the space defense sector. Welcome Kristin!
FTI president Jose Hidalgo recently sat down with Blythe Alspaugh of the Dayton Business Journal to talk about a few recent business milestones and what's ahead for FTI in 2024.

Frontier Technology Inc Reviews
FTI really walks the talk with its four Cs: Core Values, Commitment, Compassion, and Charity. From its commitment to competitive employee salaries and benefits to its numerous contributions to charities, FTI supports employees and the community while delivering outstanding value to customers. And FTI’s values are not a new phenomenon but are a demonstrated, long-standing part of its culture. I returned to FTI after several years working for other companies because, while others talked about employee and community commitment, FTI – from the C suite to individual contributor – lives its commitment to its four Cs.
Smaller companies sometimes struggle with continuity in the defense contractor realm, however FTI's exceptional product offerings and energy characteristically overcome that hurdle.

InterviewVideo. Just the hiring manager. More of a two-way conversation than an interview. (Almost too much time for me to ask questions ... this made the hiring manager seem disinterested, which, given the lack of offer, may have been accurate.) A couple of behavioral questions.Interview
