    Pros

This company can be life changing. Justin is a genuine human being who is making his dreams reality. If you are brave enough to hold onto your own dreams you can achieve them here too. In most sales jobs you are very much alone, not here. The team atmosphere and support in and out of the field are second to none. I miss this old life and you all.

    Cons

You will work your butt off, wear out shoes, sweat, get told no and maybe even cry once or twice.

    Advice to Management

Keep inspiring people to be who they can be and will be.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Frontline Marketing (Sacramento, CA) in August 2012.

    Interview

I had a phone screen where the speaker did not provide me with any information about the actual job. They are very vague about what you'll be doing on a day-to-day, simply informed you'll be meeting with Fortune 500 companies doing customer service, sales and consulting. Once I asked for further clarification the interviewer said I was no longer qualified for the position simply because I wanted more information and refused to book an in-person interview without further knowledge of the posting. Even their website is ambiguous.

It's a great thing others have reviewed this company to let me know you're doing commissioned business to business sales.
