I worked at Frontline Medical Communications (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There are a lot of really great people at this company. Some supervisors are fantastic and will teach you everything that they know and do everything to help you succeed. It's a good place to start out a career, whether on the editorial or operations side. I imagine that senior managers, directors, VPs, and C-level officers are compensated well.
You will get pushed out of your comfort zone but in a good way. I learned so much at this place and I flourished there, but in the end, I felt I outgrew it and was being compensated well under my market value.

    Cons

For those who are stuck in mid-level positions, you can, at times, bust your rear but not feel appreciated. Also, pay seems a bit low for mid-level positions.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to the processes that work. Stop trying to change things on-the-fly just to change things.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Frontline Medical Communications (Parsippany, NJ) in August 2015.

    Interview

The interviewer was very dry, cold and downright rude. She didn't like the highlights in my hair and said so in the first minute (who does that?). I could tell from the dour, silent office this was not an enjoyable place to work. No room for an iota of creativity and a rude, judgmental, overbearing boss? She made it clear the role reported to and interacted with her and only her. No thank you. Don't even care that she made me jump through hoops and then flat out just dropped me like a hot potato--no goodbye or thank you or no thanks, no nothing. Discourteous and unprofessional.
