    The meeting with the Marketing Director was extremely amazing. She was extremely accommodating ang she drilled down into my experiences.

    Things went downhill when I was interviewed by the President himself. His expectations of the role were completely different compared to what was written in the job description. He also asked a few questions that are more related to consultation services (which were really confusing as any interview process shouldn’t include an assessment tackling how you can transform the marketing business model without actually knowing how the current model works)

    I just hope that everyone involved in the recruitment process was more aware of the job description prior to screening the shortlisted candidates. There was an absolute confusion on this regard.
