I have been working at Frontline Source Group full-time (More than 5 years)
At Frontline, I have had the opportunity of working with some really wonderful people that have taught me everything about staffing. I've been able to partner with wonderful candidate, clients, and teammates over the years. From really excellent training opportunities to achieving some excellent rewards, it's easy to continue to find ways to want to improve and continue to succeed. I love that I have all the support I need, plenty of tools to improve my efficiency, and I can control my own income. Base and commissions are very competitive. The benefits are great! And - they actually ENCOURAGE that we use our choice time off to maintain work/life balance!
If you're not a phone-person or a people-person, this is a difficult job to do. The rewards will not come if you don't put in the effort. In my time here, I have watched people come in and expect for the job to be done for them. While we are team-focused, we won't do it for you. As much as it is a pro, it can be considered a con by some that your earning potential is completely up to you! The base pay is very fair and commissions are awesome but you HAVE TO make the calls.

Continue to hire people who want to be successful and have the ability to take ownership of their desks.
