I have been working at Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I'm a current employee at Fross and I 'd like to say that I appreciate how much management looks out for employees. The Benefits Manager and Human Resources Manager are both open and friendly and will allow you to vent about your problems without the fear of retaliation. We're all human with personal lives and I like that Fross Zelnick gets it and respects it. They actually care. They're fair.

    Cons

I have a few minor gripes about our new office location, but that's just me personally.

    Advice to Management

Thanks for being understanding and for offering open conversation.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu.

    Interview

Barely asked any questions. I was just told a little about the job. They did require a series of typing tests on typing speed and knowledge of the Microsoft suite including word, excel and powerpoint. They also tested for spelling and grammar knowledge. They asked what my 5 year plan was and I said to be a paralegal. They seemed to accept that even though that is my job.

    Interview Questions

    • Just asked if I was okay with working with people who are known to be difficult.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

There was no negotiation. It was strictly take it or leave it. Here is what we offer.
