I have been working at Fry's Food part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good workmates, local to my home, 10% discount,

    Cons

Random hours, no weekends off, various managers at the store tell people different things.

    Advice to Management

To let people at least have one weekend day or one full weekend off a month were possible.
Also the managers need to be on the same pages as being told several different answers from different people doesn't help me or the customers.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Fry's Food (Avondale, AZ).

    Interview

Got there 15 minutes early. When it was time for the interview I went to the office where I was greeted by the manager. She was very polite and got right to it. Interview took about 10 minutes and I was offered the job on the spot. She had me fill out some paperwork and drug tested me right there.
