I worked at Fuchs Lubricants full-time (More than 10 years)
Earning potential was theoretically unlimited in sales. In my division, the team approach and support was strong. Product development was superior.
The new leadership is now less people-oriented and more high pressure performance driven. Loyalty is not rewarded. No real opportunities for advancement. As they are in a "restructuring" phase, opportunities for advancement are being eliminated.
They make you go 3 interview and each time you have a interview they ask pretty much the same questions. Seemed to me it was pointless if they spent as much time making their employees more happy instead of waisting time on interviews three with the same stuff every time
