Excellent working conditions, great company to work for
Small Company with not many people
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fulcrum in December 2010.
I was contacted by phone, then scheduled for half day of interview. Then I was called again and scheduled for a full day of interviews. I met everybody in the firm (there are only about ten people), most of them one by one. On the second day they treat you to lunch with two of the consultants that would be more or less your peers. The IQ questions they ask you are programming problems easy to find on the internet.
The office looks awfully dark at first, the decoration is not really fancy, the place looks kind of cheap. The lunch room is a closed room, with furniture that is not appropriate for dining, the kitchen is kind of dirty.
Nothing is negotiable at Fulcrum. It has to be what the boss says and that is it. If you are considering an offer, think twice and read the reviews about the company first. Do not believe all they tell you, they will look to have you there only for a few months, work you really hard and make you go without a bonus.
