    Pros

While client services is known for accelerating your career trajectory, FullFunnel exemplifies this by constantly pushing employees to tackle new challenges and to operate at the top of their abilities. Unlike other firms, we don't believe in rigid growth structures and instead promote and expand based on demonstrated competency.

Additionally, people throughout the organization, from analysts (entry-level typically) through my own role as in account management have an unprecedented level of executive exposure. If you are proactive in forming relationships with managing directors and the C-Suite, they are open to bouncing ideas around and being active participants.

    Cons

Since it is a small firm, promotions are largely dependent on incremental revenue growth and there's limited ability to move around within the organization.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at FullFunnel.

    Interview

A few phone screens then brought in to meet the CEO. He is under the impression that intimidation, arrogance and unearned confidence represent him and his company well. During the interview I was shocked by how he asked questions, as he appeared to make them up as he went and clearly did not prepare for the interview. He wasn't focused on me whatsoever. Candidate experience is huge. The candidate is also interviewing the company. I can't imagine working for someone who mistreats others the way he did.

    Interview Questions

    • There was no structure. The CEO did not know how to interview. He was looking down, yawning, zoning out, and asking whatever came to mind in that moment. Utterly disrespectful and a waste of time. Thank goodness for him that there isn't a board or investors, as he would be on his way out.   Answer Question
