I worked at Fulton County Schools full-time (More than 5 years)
Working with the children was the best part about my job so many lacked love and attention from home and I was able to give them that love and attention that they were seeking at school.
I believe in following the rules, know one is above the rules not even managers...
Advice to Management
Please don't compromise another workers integrity for your own selfish gain
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Fulton County Schools (Atlanta, GA) in April 2017.
Standard questions. Interviewed with a panel of two. Teach a brief 10 minute lesson. Panel played the role of students for the specific grade level and subject you were to teach. Answer questions over the lesson and how students learned the objectives. Questions then centered on why you chose to teach in the area you applied for and why the school district. Asked for specific examples. The interview process was very friendly and non-threatening.
