    Pros

This employer is a great place to work for those seeking work life balance and those seeking experience right after post-secondary education. I enjoyed have job security and the stable compensation and benefits

    Cons

Fulton County seem to have less and less growth opportunities for those seeking management roles. It fails at given attention to workforce development and salaries are non-competitive.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fulton County Superior Court (Atlanta, GA) in March 2017.

    Interview

The process took about a month. Applied online, received call for interview about 3 weeks later. Upon arrival, 3 other candidates were present. We were given a written test of 2 questions. In the first question you were given a situation about an employee and how to address their behavior. The second wasn't a question but you were given the task of creating a work schedule using Excel.

    Interview Questions

    • Never made it to the interview part. After the test all candidates were placed in another waiting area while they evaluated the test. Almost everyone was sent home!   Answer Question
