I have been working at Fulton Financial full-time (More than 3 years)
I am lucky to work at a well functioning branch with a great group of ladies who give our branch a postive and encouraging enviroment. Nice personal/ work life balance.
Not all branches are well functioning. There is no sense of professionalism when it comes to reaching out to other departments. Very poor communication from the "uppers".
Advice to Management
Come back down to planet earth before your customers realize how out if touch you are.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Fulton Financial (Lancaster, PA) in February 2015.
I first got an email from the HR dept telling me that they were interested in my resume and wanted to give an initial interview over the phone. I was called a few days later from a woman from the HR dept. The interview lasted about 20 mins or so, with basic questions like "what are your weaknesses?", "what are your strengths?", and "explain a time you were challenged and how you dealt with it"- you know, questions like that. It was an overall pleasant experience. The woman was very nice and easy to talk with. I was called the following day for an in-house interview to meet with the director and the supervisor, who were both very nice women. There was another set of questions and examples to give, but it was a little more in depth than the phone interview. It took about an hour or so, but they were both very friendly and made the interview experience go very smoothly. Hopefully, I'll get a call that I got the position :)
