I have been working at Fusion Alliance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good people to work with, Nice office, great location, treated well by upper management, good benefits, good pay, always looking for new clients

    Cons

I don't have any cons to add at the moment. I would really like to see more new clients though.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Bench time can be scary for a consultant, being supportive and keeping talent at the company instead of letting them loose due to lack of a project is what makes this company great! Keep it up.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Fusion Alliance.

    Interview

Phone call with HR and UX director. 45 minute onsite interview with staff designer. I thought everything was going well until I was pressured to respond to an offer in only 24 hours. The offer was for less than I was making at my current role and they were very hesitant to pay me what I know I am worth. This was a huge red flag for me and I decided to decline. Fusion Alliance should do more research on industry standards for salary and compensation.
