I have been working at Fusion Worldwide full-time (More than 3 years)

Good work-life balance, you have the ability to leave on time just about everyday - can always finish from home too as there are portable laptops. Good room for career growth, as long as you are working hard and generating results you will get rewarded.

It can be high pressure/demanding environment at times

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Fusion Worldwide (Boston, MA) in January 2017.

Started with a phone screen with HR, basic overview of background and pre-qualification conversation and lasted about 30 minutes. I was then invited in to meet with the Manager of North American Sales, and supposedly the new VP of sales. The Manager could not have been less interested in speaking with me, and answered most questions with short 3-word answers. Spoke for about 35 minutes then cut the interview off--apparently I was not the right fit.

Never got a call or email back to update me on my status in the process. Had to send a message to the HR rep to find out I was not the right fit. Poorly organized and executed--felt like I was a check on the monthly metrics for a recruiter.
