I have been working at FusionOps full-time (More than a year)
Great product, lots of ideas, supportive management, fun working with the developers who are in Romania. Free food is always nice and people usually are reasonable in their expectations.
Lack of direction, frequent layoffs and constant ticking and tacking in terms of direction. Again, not too unique for a startup. Been on a plateau for awhile, while.
Advice to Management
Communicate more often to more people. Figure out if the problem is in the message, the product, the strategy, the execution or the salesforce.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FusionOps (Mountain View, CA) in January 2013.
Basically they asked me some work I have done in the past, then they asked me for specific things and showed me some of the stuff they wanted to do. In the end they talk to me about the company and it's growth plans and convinced me of taking the job in this great company
