I worked at Future Fundraising part-time (Less than a year)
The rate of pay was really good at £7- £8 an hour
My team were lovely and really helped each other
It's never boring as you're going to different locations
Uniform was provided
Very poor communication with the management to employees
We weren't told anything about what we had to bring at the training day, so turned up on first day without things we needed
An unreasonable expectation of the amount of sign ups that the team could get which resulted in them firing the whole team 5 days after we were all hired
Didn't receive any payslips or P45
Doesn't feel like a legit job
Even when there was a storm with torrential rain we still had to walk around knocking on doors which resulted in me getting the flu
Advice to Management
Sort your company out, it's an absolute shambles.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Future Fundraising (London, England (UK)) in January 2014.
Shortly, you will be called into a room individually to answer a few questions. These are just to make sure that you have your passport, are the correct age for the job (as stipulated when you applied) and are being interviewed for the job you actually applied for - apparently HR have a habit of messing that bit up. After this, all the interviewees will be sat in a room for the second recruitment test.
