Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

What are your colleagues talking about?
There are no pros. They have very low salary. They don't even provide you the system you will work on. They just want cheap labour from you.
They don't value their employees. They hire you for one position and wanted you to work on entirely different one.

InterviewThe interview was scheduled on Google Meet 5 days back. Sushant Shekhar joins the meeting and leaves in 5 seconds without saying a word. Such an unprofessional behavior from Managers depicts the work environment and ethics of the organization. He didn't ever have the courtesy to inform me that he won't be joining the meeting for whatever reason.
