I have been working at FutureSearch Trials full-time
Approachable management, occasional free lunches, laid-back environment, ambulatory patient-base, work autonomy.
Little training, small chance of upward mobility, no HR department, mediocre health benefits.
Advice to Management
The company could really benefit from a semblance of structure in terms of training, SOP communication and HR issues for new hires and existing employees. I sometimes miss having a sense of a corporate culture / direction.
I applied online. I interviewed at FutureSearch Trials.
I spoke with three different people during the course of two days of interviews, including a CRC manager, the site director and an MD. The experience was casual. There were a few of the usual interview questions, followed by a discussion of their expectations for the position.
