I have been working at Fuze full-time (More than 5 years)
Pros
Great work life balance. Challenging opportunities. Good benefits. Liberal work from home policy. Approachable management. Collaborative environment. Everyone wants to invest in your success.
Cons
Being in a global environment you do have to work off hours occasionally. Having co-workers across the globe makes this a small con.
Tools to perform job functions still need more attention, but are improving.
Advice to Management
Stay focused on the prize. Keep the lines of communication open.
Application
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Fuze (San Francisco, CA).
Interview
I met with the head of HR and she was very nice and wanted to introduce me to some of the team. The in-house recruiter came in to speak with me and was very rude. She told me I was not right for the job and couldn't believe that I was even in the office meeting with people. As a recruiter myself, if you know the candidate is not a good fit, then you handle it in a professional manner.
