I have been working at G2 Crowd full-time (More than a year)
G2 Crowd is in a major growth stage, which makes every day more exciting than the last. Great team members, empowering management, cool office in the loop. Lunch, basic breakfast foods, snacks, and drinks included. Merit-based promotions and raises.
Most important is that our executive team has truly made G2 Crowd feel like a family. It's one of the most supportive and collaborative environments I've been in.

Advice to Management
Top-down communication is key. Hiring new, top talent is exciting, but don't forget about the long-term employees. Keep up the good work!
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at G2 Crowd (San Francisco, CA) in December 2016.
Phone screen with the recruiter, then took the personality assessment and aptitude test, much like the SAT. After that I had meetings with the VP of Sales, Director of Sales, and Account Executives. The following week I came in for a final interview and mock presentation. I received an offer the same day and accepted. I also had the chance to speak with the CEO about his vision for the company before singing the offer.
