Trying to build an egalitarian company with a genuine focus towards disruption and innovation grounded with transparency and humility.
Still trying to crack the code in terms of building a genuinely strong innovative company and getting the leading clients to buy into the disruptive ITOA tools that has been introduced by GAVS,
Advice to Management
We are curious and there is a strong sense of intellectual humility and trying to build a decency quotient.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GAVS Technologies (Princeton, NJ) in September 2014.
Management a and above positions require more experience background in process, people culture, and power of influence from business with end to end knowledge for infrastructure to data analysis background.
There not much room due to it being a small company however growth as an employee is abundance
