GBH is open, but most employees are working remotely. We’ll continue to bring you news and programs, but we’re not hosting tours and have no events planned on-site at our Brighton headquarters or at our studio at the Boston Public Library, which is now closed, for the coming weeks. Working At GBH

When you visit our headquarters, you'll see our mission written around the outside of our building. It’s an integral part of what we do and how we live. And, as an employee, you’ll come in each day knowing that you’re having a positive influence in the world.

We offer many opportunities for you to learn about the broad spectrum of work produced at GBH and to participate in cohort groups to share expertise. We stay connected through a daily e-news bulletin and casual monthly get-togethers.

You can be part of the team outside of work too, with GBH-sponsored softball, volleyball, and kickball, as well as an annual 5K run that supports public media.

GBH is one of many businesses located in Boston Landing one of Boston’s fastest-growing neighborhoods. GBH employees have easy access to public transportation, shuttle service, restaurants, and coffeehouses, and even a bowling alley. While most GBH employees work out of our headquarters, we also have offices in Springfield, Massachusetts (WGBY), Woods Hole, Massachusetts (WCAI), and Burbank, California.

    I only went as far as HR interview, but she had a great positive energy about her which made the interview not intimidating at all. They also like when you apply more than once, because it shows your determination to get the role.
