I have been working at GC Services full-time (More than a year)
Full time, overtime is available.
Chairs are dirty, disgusting, broken, headsets are falling apart, most have bad connections, Training seemed focused on the wrong aspects, learned way too much about trainers personal life. Every rep I sat with during training side by sides said they hated working there. No one had anything positive to say about management. .
Advice to Management
It would be easy to turn this place into a productive and enjoyable work environment. nutritious food promotes healthy brain functions. stop feeding the reps junk, instead give them a raise and offer supplemental training. first day taking calls and the cust advocate team scolded me for transferring a call when the UM is the one who told me to transfer. that is really the only response I get from the UMs.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at GC Services (Phoenix, AZ) in February 2017.
They had me fill out some forms online, before going to the interview. When I got to the interview (that I was told to expect to take approximately one hour) they told me that the forms had changed and I needed to re-do them. Then I had to take a one hour test/evaluation that nobody had mentioned and then I finally got to the interview. Overall it took a little over two hours. The next day I received an email regarding the outcome.
