Analyst and Associate Recruiting

We recruit on-campus at select schools and interview candidates more broadly for both analyst and associate positions. We consider the analyst role to be the beginning of a long-term career at our firm, and we heavily invest in the professional development of our junior team. The associate role is for graduating MBA students or those with 3+ years investment banking experience.

Juniors interested in a summer internship, we begin recruiting in the late fall for the following summer’s program. If you are not at one of the schools listed above, please select the link below to apply for our open positions. Be sure to include your GPA and SAT score on your resume.

Great middle-market TMT transaction experience from pitch to deal completion. Lean deal teams provide junior bankers with opportunities to learn and take on significant responsibility. Friendly culture - great camaraderie from the top down; MDs are very approachable; decent work/life balance (but it's still banking so expect to work hard). The firm promotes well within. Pay at junior ranks is slightly above the street.

Not a ton of public company deals. Good buy-side exit opportunities can be challenging to obtain (viewed as mediocre within recruiter community despite strong live deal exposure).

    Advice to Management

Continue to improve external brand and help junior employees find favorable exit opps (both things the firm is actively working on).
