    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6+ months. I interviewed at GCE Solutions (New Delhi (India)) in August 2017.


    The organisation seems to be messed up. Managers in US are not firm on their on decisions and change it frequently.
    Besides the policies are not standard.
    I was contacted by them in August. Interview went for good 7 rounds of technical till November.
    Then I was said its just a formality to release the offer letter.
    In december HR contacted me with salary negotiation and offered around 20% hike which was against 30% agreed upon intialy.
    Once done, they sent the mails of onboarding and all.
    Post 6 days, a mail comes from HR stating they cannot hire due to educational background (discussed in detail 5 months back) as its against the policy but they can hire for little less than I am getting currently.
    Its pathetic. How can your policy be violated/deviated if the same person comes at low cost. Deviations are taken to policies, but not this way. This is sheer greed.
    Even after agreeing to it (due to location preferences), they again deny after some days.

    Guys, please change your mechanism and way of management.
    Please stop fooling around candidates else the world in IT is really small.
