Energy makes life livable. Let’s turn the world on.
GE has provided electrification and automation solutions to the oil and gas, mining and materials, datacenter, utility and marine industries for more than a century. With more than 30,000 employees, including 4,600 engineers, and over 75 manufacturing locations, GE Energy Connections has invested more than $4 billion in product-and service offerings to meet our customers' core requirements for efficiency, reliability, productivity and control.
Energy Connections' reach truly is global, with more than 50 percent of our revenues coming from Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The four Energy Connections segments - Digital Energy, Industrial Solutions, Power Conversion and Intelligent Platforms - frequently pool their resources and deep domain expertise while also tapping the strengths of other businesses across the total GE enterprise. These segments have broadened and deepened their customer connections through delivery of on-time, industry-leading quality. They have differentiated themselves on technology and cost leadership while establishing a world-class culture of speed, responsiveness and teamwork. A fifth of the total Energy Management revenues come from our unparalleled global service and support.

Advice to Management
Please review historically under invested businesses/product lines for potential future opportunities to grow organically.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at GE Energy Connections.
Started with the general phone interview by a GE recruiter. After another month, called for a second phone interview by a GE employee working which was technical in nature. Had to wait for an additional month to be called for an onsite interview. It was a whole day interview with 5-6 people from HR to hiring manager interviewing.
