Specialists are all very friendly and there to assist and help when they can
Management is very accommodating
Understaffed per volume of work, mostly a lack of Tier 2 or above.
Advice to Management
Management was very helpful. You could tell that in many aspects their hands were tied, especially during company takeover. They handled the change with a great deal of grace and empathy.
Not sure about gfi software as I wasn't hired by them, however a co worker shared they don't do drug test itleast in the N.C. office. GFI.bought Sunbelt Software and destroyed culture, and ruined moral, didn't listen to current employee wishes and disregarded current employees wishes. Fired and layed off everyone who wasn't best friends of support mgmt, specifically enterprise/consumer support in Clearwater Fl
