I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at GILDEMEISTER (São Paulo, São Paulo (Brazil)) in December 2012.
I knew the managing director in some trade fairs, where we worked to prepare the show previously in the same place. During some years, we talked about move to DMG . In that time , I worked in a competitor.
After some conversations and conclusions, I decided to move to this company, where I worked during almost eight years.
