I have been working at GLV full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lax vibe in the office. If you get your work done, there’s considerable leniency.

    Cons

Average to below average industry compensation for similar positions. Owners could sell the company at any time and have shown a history to do so.

    Advice to Management

Continue investing in IT instead of wasteful offsite training that doesn’t result in any changes internally. Follow through on your initiatives.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a week. I interviewed at GLV in July 2014.

    Interview

Got a call from recruiter about an opening position. Had a simple background check with the recruiter. Few days later, recruiter set up a phone call with the company. The phone interview with the team manager and the HR. Last about 30 minutes. The manager explain about the company and the position requirements. I was asked about my previous job experience, what software has been used. Not much on technical questions. HR personnel asked about behavior question. Simple maybe I was not their favourite candidate.
