Excellent company ethos and opportunities for personal and professional development. GLY continually puts it's people (safety!), clients, and projects first; while striving to be the best technical builder in the region. The quality and talent of GLY's employees is unmatched; including upper management.
Deeply imbedded in the company culture is a desire for continuous improvement; at times this can be taxing on staff.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GLY Construction in April 2016.
The interview process was very fair and transparent. The HR team was great to work with and were the initial point of contact. After a couple video calls, including one call with the principals of the firm, there was a single interview. The in-house interview was informal and a great chance to meet the key staff. The entire process was very efficient. The abilities assessment only took a few minutes and the HR staff did a great job explaining the assessment. Overall a great interview process.
