    Great place to work
    Friendly upper management and people in general
    CEO incredibly available to employees at all staff level
    Thoughtful, open to feedback, and change
    Very involved in community outreach programs such as Ballard High School Robotics division and other schools in greater Seattle area
    Supportive of initiatives and community-based efforts to improve the city of Seattle as a whole
    A lot of fundraising events throughout the year to those in need
    A midsize company with a small family feel
    Values their employees
    Great company culture
    Celebrates individuals on their achievements at monthly company meetings
    Donut and Fruit deliveries on Tuesdays
    Unlimited Coffee, Tea, and various snacks
    Discounted tickets to sporting events
    A lot of company parties including invitations to sporting suites
    Rooftop BBQs during good weather
    Gym on-site
    Very willing to promote from within

    Cons

    401K leaves something to be desired but HR is working hard to improve overall total compensation to employees and prospective applicants.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work. Employees recognize you are working hard for them.

    Interview

    I applied and got an email for interview next day. First round of interview was scheduled with HR and then I got my HR manager interview scheduled for the week after. Once that goes through, I will have a technical interview
