Pros
GMV definitely instilled a VERY SOLID work ethic in me...absolutely no time for fun for goofing around. I needed that.
Cons
-paid only 1x per month
-micromanaged to the n-th degree
-no 401K, a SIMPLE IRA instead with no company match
-no FSA
-no HR onsiteAdvice to Management
Trust your employees to do the job you interviewed and hired them for. Don't treat them like your children and that you don't trust them. And loosen up the purse strings!

The process took a week. I interviewed at GMV (Madrid (Spain)) in January 2018.
Interview
I got interviewed at their offices in Madrid. They had a pool of predetermined questions about my backgroud and what would I do in certain situations, so they would know how I work with other people in a team. Then I got asked technical questions. Most of them were easy.
